对于国际公众通信的目的,船舶电台标识现在只与那些如附件A和B所示的编号方案中嵌入的船舶电台标识相关的现有系统相关,对于未来的系统,它们将不将船舶电台标识嵌入其编号方案中。船舶电台标识不再与公众通信电信目的相关。
本版ITU-T E.217建议书包括ITU-T E.210建议书的相关案文,该案文将被取消和替换。此外,ITU-T E.217还反映出国际海事卫星组织(Inmarsat)所提供的现有服务内所发生的变化,这些变化还影响到全球水上遇险与安全系统(GMDSS)的提供。
为从历史角度确保准确性,此修订版亦反映出在ITU-T E.164建议书明确的编号方案从最多12位扩展至15位之前,国际海事卫星组织服务的提供详情。 |
