评估固定信息通信技术设备外置通用电源适配器解决方案的测试套件

ITU-T L.1006建议书阐述了适用于通用电源适配器方案（UPA）的通用测试套件，其设计是针对ITU-T L.1001建议书定义的静止（不可携带）ICT设备。ITU-T L.1101建议书为利用XRF和ICP-MS测量方法对稀有金属进行有效回收提供了参考性的定性程序。ITU-T L.1005建议书考虑创建具体测试套件以评估某些功能方面的问题，包括能源效率、互通、安全性以及用于静止（不可携带）ICT设备通用电源适配器方案（UPA）的电磁兼容性（EMC）。根据ITU-T L.1000描述的UPA目标基础配置，这种测试是确保UCS最起码质量水平的必要条件。关于电磁兼容（EMC）和安全问题，ITU-T L.1101建议书所列要求的补充要求是将产品提供给普通大众使用的必要条件。
