Service de communication de données par protocole Internet – Paramètres de performances en matière de transfert de paquets IP et de disponibilité

La présente Recommandation définit les paramètres qui peuvent servir à spécifier et à évaluer les performances en termes de rapidité, de précision, de sûreté de fonctionnement et de disponibilité du transfert de paquets IP dans le service international de communication de données par le protocole IP (Internet protocol). Les paramètres définis s'appliquent au service IP point à point de bout en bout et aux parties du réseau qui fournissent - ou contribuent à fournir - de tels services conformément aux références normatives spécifiées au paragraphe 2. Le transport en mode sans connexion est un aspect distinctif du service IP faisant l'objet de la présente Recommandation.
