| Méthode d'évaluation et de notation de la performance en matière de durabilité des immeubles de bureaux |
La Recommandation UIT-T L.1371 fournit à l'intention des propriétaires, des gérants et des exploitants d'immeubles un cadre cohérent d'évaluation critique, de notation et d'amélioration de la performance en matière de durabilité des immeubles de bureaux, dans dix domaines essentiels: énergie, eau, air, confort, santé et bien-être, achats, gardiennage, déchets, emplacement et parties prenantes. Le cadre décrit dans la Recommandation UIT-T L.1371 fournit un ensemble de mesures concrètes et quantifiables pour réduire l'impact environnemental, en particulier les émissions de gaz à effet de serre, des immeubles de bureaux existants, et contribuer ainsi à la réalisation de l'Objectif de développement durable 11, relatif aux villes et communautés durables, qui vise à faire en sorte que les villes soient ouvertes à tous, sûres, résilientes et durables. L'Annexe de la Recommandation UIT-T L.1371 décrit en détail une méthodologie d'évaluation et de notation permettant aux propriétaires et aux gérants d'effectuer une auto-évaluation afin d'évaluer l'état actuel de leur immeuble et de suivre les progrès futurs. |
