This Recommendation provides a basis for a common understanding of the underlying issues in order to facilitate early implementation of UPT within a common numbering framework.This Recommendation provides a framework of numbering for calls inbound to a UPT user (incalls), transactions between the UPT user and their UPT service profile (e.g. incall registration), calls made by the UPT user (outcalls) and identification of the UPT service profile and service provider. |
