ASP1: Addressing special needs of least developed countries, small island developing states, including Pacific island countries, and landlocked developing countries

A National Computer Incident Response Team (CIRT) was established in Kiribati, and CIRT maturity assessment and cybersecurity capacity development activities were carried out in Bhutan. 

Tonga was supported to develop Quality of Service/Experience (QoS/E) and Universal Service Obligation (USO) guidelines.

Tonga and Vanuatu were supported to develop infrastructure-sharing guidelines, while Mongolia was assisted with the development of national roaming guidelines.  

National Emergency Telecommunication Plans were developed in Fiji, Mongolia, Kiribati, and Tonga.
