A hybrid training on Business Planning for Infrastructure Development applying 5G Networks for Latin American countries was developed.
A study titled “Plan to accelerate the use of the digital dividend in the Dominican Republic” was produced.
In collaboration with INDOTEL and the Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources (MARENA) a workshop on the National E-waste Management Regulation of the Dominican Republic was carried-out to develop the skills of key e-waste stakeholders, such as producers and distributors, on the content and obligations of the new legislation in order to contribute to a more inclusive and participatory implementation process.
A National Workshop on the Assessment of Resilience of Networks and Infrastructure was held in Haiti with the National Telecommunications Council (CONATEL) to identify gaps and bottlenecks to ensure the resilience of the country’s telecommunications networks and infrastructure and to better prepare for natural hazards.
