EUR2: Digital transformation for resilience
The E-waste monitor for Western Balkans was produced in collaboration with UNITAR and UNEP.
Digital transformation capacity of Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georgia, Moldova, Montenegro, and North Macedonia was strengthened by leveraging the GovStack value proposition.
Emergency response capabilities were strengthened in Moldova by conducting a feasibility study, with technical, economic, and regulatory analysis, for the implementation of an Early Warning System based on Cell Broadcast.
Support to Georgia was given to develop a National Emergency Telecommunication Plan.
