Bismark Kwame Hini
Bismark Kwame Hini is an educator, IT professional, and digital solutions developer with more than seven years of experience in web design, development, and technology instruction. Holding a Bachelor of Education in Information Technology, he is dedicated to advancing digital literacy and expanding access to technology-driven opportunities across Ghana.
Bismark began his ICT journey as a trainee with the Ghana Investment Fund for Electronic Communications and later became a trainer for the ITU-Cisco Digital Transformation Centre initiative. Through the Digital Transformation centre in Ghana, he has trained more than 500 participants, empowering learners in underserved communities.
He has served as a trainer of trainers for coding and ICT capacity-building programs, equipping Community Information Centre managers nationwide to deliver essential digital services. His dedication to youth empowerment is reflected in the success of his trainees—one of whom won Ghana’s National Girls in ICT Award, ranking first among over 100 participants.

Passionate about technology, education, and community development, Bismark continues to contribute to Ghana’s inclusive digital transformation and remains open to new capacity-building and collaboration opportunities.
The most rewarding part of my work is seeing transformation in people’s lives. Those who haven’t seen computers before, are now able to use computers to better their education, to better their businesses, and to better their everyday life.
