Aiza Kaykyeva
Aiza Kaikayeva is a third-year student at the Kyrgyz State Technical University, specializing in Food Production Technology and Catering Organization. She combines academic learning with creativity, leadership, and social engagement.
She is a hackathon winner of the BDT acceleration programme in the Commonwealth of Independent States region on startup-driven solutions for regional development in Kyrgyzstan, which supported student entrepreneurship and innovative digital projects for regional growth.
Before entering university, Aiza worked in the hospitality sector, gaining experience as service staff in various establishments. Since 2025, she has been employed at Kyrgyz State Technical University, contributing to visual content creation, graphic design, and media management.
By completing the acceleration program, I gained valuable experience and knowledge which helped me improve the project, make it more sustainable, and correct my mistakes. The biggest challenge was the internal aspect—I didn’t have enough knowledge. But thanks to the program, I was able to enhance my project and implement it in practice.
