ITU’s Regional Preparatory Meetings (RPM) aim to engage ITU’s membership in the preparations of the World Telecommunication Development Conference 2025. RPMs are held across ITU’s six regions – the Americas, Arab States, Asia and the Pacific, Commonwealth of Independent States and Europe – in conjunction with ITU’s Regional Development Forums. In this context, ITU publishes six reports, each providing an overview of the state of digital connectivity in a region and featuring case studies from that region. These reports are included in ITU’s ‘Measuring Digital Development’ series of statistical publications.
