Digit’all Voices – Video Submission Guidelines
Rights of use
- Content provided to ITU/UNDP can be used at their discretion for Digital@UNGA 2025 and related communications.
- Any copyright details provided will be acknowledged in final products using the material, wherever possible.
- Digital@UNGA partners and affiliates may use the content in their events, communications, and other related materials.
Content requirements
- Please speak directly to the camera, begin by introducing yourself and your country and then asking your question.
- Submissions are welcome in any language. If possible, please also provide a short written translation in English with your submission so your video can be subtitled.
- All content should be provided clean, with no watermarks, logos, or background music.
- Please keep videos short and clear, maximum 45 seconds.
- Any copyright details provided will be acknowledged in final products using the material, wherever possible.
- Digital@UNGA partners and affiliates may use the content in their event, communications, etc.
Technical specifications
- Video should be submitted in .mp4 or .mov format only.
- Record in horizontal (landscape) format.
- Ensure good lighting and clear audio; record in a quiet space and use a microphone, if possible.
- Please provide in the highest quality feasible. Ideally FULL HD 1920 x 1080, but other formats will be acceptable.
- Smartphone recordings are welcome as long as the image is steady and the voice is clear.
How to share content
- Please upload your video directly via the Digit’all Voices submission form.
- For larger files, you may use the secure upload link: https://itudigitalproduction.wetransfer.com
- If using WeTransfer link, please notify DigitalUNGA@itu.int when uploaded, with info on content supplied (your name, age range, country, and written question).
