EPFD Validation Software is part of GIBC* software. GIBC itself is distributed on the Radiocommunication Bureau IFIC DVD or can be downloaded here:

* GIBC – Software package which provides the user with the ability to carry out calculations on satellite networks which allow determining the coordination requirements.
