Other programmes have been developed at the provincial level such as the Province of Santa
Fe framework under Decree No. 1844(2002) and the Sustainability Programme for Public

Buildings and Offices, under which the protocol for the final disposal of waste electrical and
electronic equipment is created . The objective of this programme is not only to put an end

to the electronic waste generated in offices of the provincial government but also to enter into
agreements with municipalities and communities to collaborate to comply with the regulations
in force in the province.
