The Verifier can override these cells if it
                                                                      is determined that a KPI has or has not
                                                                      been reported.


                                                                      Column R reports the U4SSC benchmark
                                                                      performance of the KPI data reported
                                                                      based  on  the  U4SSC  benchmarking
                                                                      methodology.















            Column S is used by the Verifier to update the verification status of each KPI or data point. The cells
            are limited to values of YES or NO only.

            Columns T – W are used by the city to provide more details on the quality and origin of the data
            submitted, and the sources of the data.

            Column T should be updated by the city base on the values in the dropdown list. The city has six
            choices for the quality of the data submitted:


            •  Based on accurate measurements
            •  Extrapolated based on survey of inhabitants

            •  Extrapolated based on higher-level data

            •  Estimation based on certain assumptions
            •  Personal estimation

            •  Unknown methodology, not traceable

            Column U should be updated by the city base on the values in the dropdown list. The city has three
            choices for the origin of the data submitted:


            •  Estimation based on certain assumptions
            •  Personal estimation

            •  Unknown methodology, not traceable
