Orange cells are to be updated with
the correct unit values and the Verifier
should ensure that these have been
updated.

Column O is the KPI calculated result
and is calculated automatically. The
default value for these cells is NR
or Not Reported. The value in these
cells can be overridden if the city
only has the final KPI value and not
the numerator or denominator. The
Verifier should review these results to
see if the value has been overridden.

Columns Q – S

The columns are used by the Verifier to
update the status for each KPI. Column
Q records that a KPI has been reported
and it is updated automatically to YES
when the KPI data are entered. The
default value is set to NO.
