Columns H – O
These are columns are used for the
city to enter its data.
Columns H - J are the description
and data entry needed for the
numerator used to calculate most
KPIs.
Columns L – N are the description and data entry needed for the denominator used to calculate
most KPIs.
Blue cells in columns I and M are for data input.
White cells in columns I and M are automatically inputted from other data. The values in these cells
can be overridden and the Verifier should take note when this happens,
