Columns V and W are used for the city to provide details of the sources of the data. Many times,
the city will enter in website or other links that the Verifier can follow to review the back-up
documentation.
10.1.3 Report tab
The Report tab provides the overall
reporting performance of the city.
It lists the number of KPIs, and data
points reported and verified, and the
percentages for each dimension and
overall.
The information in this tab is used to
prepare the U4SSC Verification Report.
10.1.4 Report – reference tab
The Report – Reference tab list all
the KPIs and data points, the final
data reported and the reporting and
verification status for each KPI and
data point.
This is used to generate the
information on the report tab.
While this tab is a reference tool, check
to ensure that the values in columns I
and J are accurate.
