10 Templates and reports
10.1 Data collection template
The U4SSC Data collection template is an Excel spreadsheet used by the city to report its data and
to record which KPIs are verified.
It also contains the information needed to complete the Verification Summary Report, U4SSC
benchmarking, the U4SSC City Snapshot Report and the U4SSC Verification Report.
The template contains eight tabs with which the Verifier should become familiar, and will be
explained in the following subsections.
10.1.1 Instructions and city profile tab
This tab provides the general instructions on how to complete the template.
The city will enter city profile information within this tab.
Blue cells are for data input.
White cells are calculated automatically.
