On the occasion of this year's celebration of the "International Girls in ICT Day", which is celebrated since 2011 in Republic of Srpska on the initiative of Gender Center - Center for Gender Equality of the Republic of Srpska Government. This year in cooperation with partners ICT Company Lanaco and the Youth Council of the Republic of Srpska we organized: Conference "Girls and ICT" to mark the "International Day of Girls in ICT Day". Conference was held on 21.04.2015. in Banja Luka. The conference had few interesting panels: "Girls and ICT", “ICT as the main profession of 21. Century”, “World of blogging”, “Women engineers in ICT”. Also we organize competition for girls, graphic designers for the best graphic solutions for the poster for next year celebration of Girls in ICT Day in Republic of Srpska. The best graphic solution was presented on the conference by Sanja Šaula graphic designer who won the prize, licensed Adobe Photoshop course of 40 hours, provided by the partners Lanaco, ICT company. We also had a great media coverage of all the activities and promotion and raising the awareness through social networks.
