Recommendation L.24 specifies a classification for products as Toxic and Dangerous Waste (TDW) and methods to carry out a screening of the characterization of the different residues emanating from the outside plant. Appendix I presents materials and products considered by Recommendation L.24 and Appendix II provides information on legislations applied to waste and chemical substances.
