Machine learning (ML) provides a way to teach computational systems to gain knowledge from data without necessarily being explicitly programmed. ITU-T Y.3172 specifies architecture framework for ML in future network including IMT-2020 network. This draft Technical Report aims to study protocol of ML service in IMT-2020 network and covers overview, signalling flow, message format and security considerations of ML in future networks including IMT-2020.
