Summary:
|
Self-organization networking is an autonomous networking established by each device, where the device effectively interacts with its peers and performs self-control. In IoT environments, self-organization networking is required when the devices belong to infrastructure-unsupported IoT area networks. In addition, the IoT area networks consist of heterogeneous devices. This draft Recommendation specifies a framework of self-organization networking for IoT in an aspect of communications. For doing this, this draft Recommendation presents the concepts, characteristics, architectures, requirements, and functionalities of self-organization networking.
