Summary: This Recommendation provides the protocol for the interface between the transport location management physical entity (TLM-PE) and the network access configuration physical entity (NAC-PE) of the network attachment control entity (NACE). The Ne reference point allows the network access configuration physical entity to register in the transport location management physical entity the binding between an allocated IP address and a customer premises equipment (CPE) as well as other transport related information such as logical/physical port addresses.
