This Technical Report describes the considerations of the requirements of the International Mobile Telecommunications 2030 (IMT-2030) networks. It can be used as a guideline for the further development of IMT-2030 networks related documents.
The Technical Report first provides an introduction to the IMT-2030 network, then specifies the considerations on general principles of the IMT-2030 network and considerations on requirements for overall non-radio aspects of the IMT-2030 network from both the service and network operation points of view.
