The scope of this supplement is to develop as a guide for developing countries to be used when deploying Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) in their countries. The scope will include:
o Cloud service infrastructure for ITS;
o Technical guidelines for ITS data infrastructure;
o Interoperability requirements for ITS data infrastructure; and
o Data integration to realise interoperability;
