ITU-T Y.2902建议书介绍了电信级开放环境（CGOE）的组成部分，对CGOE参考模型制定了可用于现成商用组成部分并适用于下一代网络（NGN）部署的具体类别。各CGOE组成部分的特性见以下新附件：附件A：Diameter客户机CGOE组件。附件B：Diameter服务器CGOE组件。附件C：FTP客户机CGOE组件。附件D：服务器CGOE组件。
