窄带数字手机和耳机电话的传输特性。

ITU-T P.310建议书说明窄带（300-3 400 Hz）数字电话手机和耳机的音频性能要求及相关测试方法。该建议书具体规定了主要音频传输参数的要求和测试方法，包括发送和接收频率响应、响度评定值、噪声、失真、带外信号、线性化、侧音、回声和时延。本建议书只适用于采用ITU-T G.711（64千比/秒，PCM）和ITU-T G.726（32千比/秒，ADPCM）编码的数字电话。本建议书不包含IP终端和无线耳机。
