本建议书规定了H.248.1协议核心部分使用的“服务变更原因”。本建议书列出了与服务变更原因代码名称对应的服务变更原因代码。本建议书还指出了可以包含在“服务变更”扩展中用来进一步解释“服务变更原因”的文本信息。第5节对此有详细描述。
本次修订涉及下列问题：
• 增加了五个新的差错代码：413，449，460，522，542
• 澄清了差错代码：430，435
• 删除了一个按包定义的差错代码：540
• 增加了三个新的服务变更原因：918，919，920
注 — 本建议书已重新编号。本建议书以前称为ITU-T H.248建议书附件L。
