支持IP网上话音频带数据的程序

传统上，话音频带数据业务量一般由电路交换系统和设备传送。随着网际协议（IP）传送优化网络的出现，以及由于其可观的增长和无处不在的性质，越来越多的话音频带业务量预计会通过IP网络传送。
考虑到话音和话音频带数据业务仍是电信业务中相当重要的一部分，有必要确保高质量的话音和话音频带数据业务，无论是部分使用IP或者全部使用IP都如此。本建议书规定了连通GSTN网络与IP网络的设备所需的程序，用于将已调制话音频带数据（VBD）作为已编码声音内容令人满意地、透明地通过IP传输。
本建议书是对ITU-T V.150.0和V.150.1建议书中调制解调器中继和话音频带数据内容的补充。
