本建议书定义了一个用于基于CORBA的电信性能管理（PM）的信息模型。它以接口定义语言（IDL）定义了一组接口，通知和常量。本建议书的目的是定义一个CORBA/IDL模型，类似在ITU-T X.739和Q.822建议书中使用CMISE所定义的。本建议书符合CORBA符合ITU-T X.780、X.780.1、Q.816、Q.816.1和M.3120建议书中的建模标准。
