利用ID技术进行网络基础设施管理的运营支持系统要求

电信网络需要适当分配网络基础设施，并有计划的定期维护，以便快速有效地提供服务，最大限度地减少服务中断风险，保证服务水平协议的满意度。重点关注基于光纤的基础设施和传输的海量信息问题非常重要。经过分配和维护作的网络基础设施在位置、规模、业务、现场工作和定期计划内维护的时间安排方面可能有所不同。识别（ID）技术可用于侧重于网络基础设施适当管理的解决方案。ID在分配和维护方面唯一地标识了感兴趣的元素。ITU-T L.360的第二版增加了对基于ID标签信息建立连接关系的作支持系统（OSS）功能性的描述。此外，增加了一个新的附录，涉及用于网络基础设施管理的先进技术。
