可持续城市建筑基础设施管理系统框架

可持续城市的一项可持续发展目标是构建复原力强且安全的城市资产。建筑是城市的重要资产之一，与建设循环、可持续的城市密切相关。通常而言，能源和消防设备是建筑基础设施中的关键设备，可能对人员安全产生影响。目前，许多能源和消防设备是分开部署和管理的，因此，能源设备管理和消防设备管理之间存在差距。ITU-T L.1630建议书定义了建筑基础设施管理系统的框架，该框架可提高城市的可持续性，特别是建筑物作为城市资产的可持续性。该框架为建筑基础设施提供了综合的管理方法，同时提供了涉及功能要素的服务用例。
