ITU-T Q.Suppl.4定义的携号转网要求一致性测试规划

该建议书阐明对照ITU-T Q.Suppl.4 – 号码便携性 – 服务提供商便携性第1套能力要求（所有呼叫查询和继续路由） – 进行一致性测试的测试规范。建议书提出可用于测试下列方面的强制性和可选测试套件：
– 号码便携性的不同网络情形（继续路由和所有查询）；
– 建立号码便携性的信令要求；
– 提供商之间的互连以及便携和非便携最终用户之间的呼叫路由。
此外，该建议书还提出组织特定测试活动的操作程序。
