This Recommendation describes the test specifications for compliance testing against ITU-T Q.Suppl4 "Number portability - Capability set 1 requirements for service provider portability (All call query and Onward routing)". There are mandatory and optional test suites which can be used for testing of: different network scenarios of number portability (the Onward routing and All Call Query); signalling requirements for establishing the number portability; interconnection among providers and call routing between ported and non-ported end-users. Additionally this recommendation gives the operational procedures for organizing a particular test event.
