基于网络的语音到语音翻译业务的功能要求
ITU-T F.745建议书规定了通过网络连接世界各地分布式S2ST模块完成的语音对语音转译（S2ST）的高层功能模型、服务描述和要求。将此基于网络的S2ST扩展至其他模式，如手语，模式转换标记语言（MCML）需具备扩展结构。该建议书的范围限于使用基于网络的S2ST的应用协议和服务。
