ITU-T H.323系统内的网络地址转换和防火墙设备确定

ITU-T H.460.23建议书使位于NAT/FW设备后面的ITU-T H.323端点能够向看门人报告NAT/FW特性。在与ITU-T H.460.24建议书共同使用时，看门人可利用NAT/FW信息就怎样实现两个设备之间的媒体流动做出决定。在多数情况下，遵循这些程序将使看门人不再需要ITU-T H.460.19建议书所说的媒体代理，因为媒体可在单独的NAT/FW设备后边的两个端点之间成功地直接传送。
