La Recommandation UIT-T L.1071 se réfère, en les complétant, à la Recommandation UIT-T L.1070 et à la norme ETSI TS 103 881, qui définissent les possibilités offertes par un passeport numérique mondial de produit durable pour parvenir à une économie circulaire.Elle définit un modèle d'information permettant de présenter, sous forme numérique, des informations sur la durabilité environnementale et la circularité des biens (produits) TIC. Ce modèle fait partie d'un passeport numérique de produit et il donne des informations environnementales qui peuvent être comparées aux exigences en matière d'information énoncées par les normes pertinentes de durabilité environnementale et de circularité, en particulier les normes de l'ETSI et les Recommandations de l'UIT-T. Les informations peuvent représenter les produits à tout moment de leur cycle de vie circulaire: conception, fabrication, utilisation, modifications du matériel et recyclage final en tant que déchets électriques et électroniques. Plusieurs normes relatives aux produits peuvent être exprimées sous la forme de liste de modèles d'informations environnementales.La comparaison des informations concernant les produits aux modèles d'informations donnés par les normes permet de vérifier, le cas échéant, que les produits respectent les exigences des différentes normes.L'objectif est de compléter les normes régionales (passeport numérique de produit européen) et mondiales (passeport numérique de produit B2B de la CEE-ONU) et d'y contribuer. Cette Recommandation est alignée techniquement sur la norme 204 082 de l'ETSI. |
