En la Recomendación UIT-T D.170 se establecen las directrices que facilitan la preparación de las cuentas mensuales de teléfono y télex. En particular se cubren las siguientes cuestiones:
• Observaciones generales sobre el establecimiento de las cuentas.
• Suministro de guías de abonados.
• Exactitud de los datos de tráfico contenidos en las cuentas mensuales.
• Estimación de los registros contables perdidos.
• Muestreo del tráfico.
• Reclamaciones sobre cuentas mensuales.
• Ajustes y reembolsos.
• Comprobación de los datos de las cuentas.
• Conservación de los comprobantes.
• Liquidación de los saldos de las cuentas. |
