تصف التوصية ITU-T F.740.1 المتطلبات من أجل خدمة معلومات لأغراض في المتاحف (ISOM). وتصف أيضاً سيناريوهات للخدمة ISOM وقدرات المكونات الرئيسية لخدمة المعلومات تلك، أي وحدة جمع المعلومات ووحدة تخزين المعلومات ووحدة عرض المعلومات المكيفة ووحدة تحليل المعلومات. ويمكن لخدمة المعلومات هذه أن تحسن من تجربة مستعملي المتاحف من خلال جمع معلومات عن المعارض وغيرها من المعلومات ذات الصلة من أطراف مختلفة وعرض جميع المعلومات بأساليب مناسبة. |
