تقدم الإضافة 5 إلى التوصية ITU-T D.170 مجموعة من المبادئ التوجيهية الاختيارية لمساعدة مشغلي الاتصالات على الحد من الاحتيال في تبادل حركة الاتصالات الدولية. وبما أن تعريف الاحتيال مسألة محلية تختلف باختلاف الولاية القضائية، فإن هذه الإضافة لا تقدم تعريفاً أو تحديداً للممارسات الاحتيالية المحتملة. وترمي هذه الإضافة إلى مساعدة المشغلين على صياغة مبادئ توجيهية جديدة (أو تحديث الحالية) للحد من الاحتيال حسب احتياجاتهم مع الارتقاء بالكفاءة في إدارة الحسابات. |
