How can I access the ITU-T Discussion Forums?
The ITU-T Discussion Forums are open to all ITU-T members through the use of their TIES accounts. Some forums may have further restrictions depending on how they were set up. Upon request of the members or forum owner, additional restrictions may be applied through the creation of closed user groups and the forum owner may require you to register in order to view, post or reply to messages. In cases like these, registration procedures will be provided as necessary.
