承受过电压和过电流的电信设备的抗力测试 – 基本建议书

ITU-T K.44建议书旨在建立电信设备对过电压和过电流的抵抗力的基本测试方法和准则。本建议书涵盖的过电压或过电流包括因线路设备上或线路设备附近的雷击而引起的电涌、来自相邻交流电力线或电气化铁路系统的短期感应、因电力故障而引起的地电位上升。相比本建议书2018版，主要的变化包括：– 删除附录一和附录二，用ITU-T K.44的增补取而代之；– 增加新的双绞线端口横向/差分测试电路；
– 增加以太网绝缘阻抗测试，以避免端口电源交叉测试；
– 修订了测试原理图以提高清晰度。
