В Рекомендации МСЭ-Т Y.4903/L.1603 представлено общее руководство, относящееся к городам, и ключевые показатели деятельности (KPI) "умных" устойчивых городов (SSC) в помощь городам при достижении целей в области устойчивого развития (ЦУР). Настоящая Рекомендация разработана совместно с ЮНИСЕФ и другими учреждениями Организации Объединенных Наций. |
