3.Revision of the text of §8.6.6 "Domain master selection" according to 2017-01-Q18-031R1 (Issue 4.10.1.1).
4.Revision of the text of §8.8.1 "MAP generation and distribution" according to TD-808 (wp1) (Issue 4.54.2). Further revised according to WD-2062R1 (Issue 4.102).
5.Revision of the text of §8.8.3 "MAP header" according to TD-808 (wp1) (Issue 4.54.2).

9.Revision of the text of §8.11.7.16 "Format of CE_BatIdMaintain.ind" according to 2016-05-Q18-027R1 (Issue 4.5.8).
10.Revision of the title of §8.14 to "Operation in the presence of neighbouring domains - Distributed domain co-ordination (NDIM)" according to 2016-07-Q18-027R1 (Issue 4.3.15.9.6).
11.Revision of the text of §8.14.9.12 "NDIM interference report indication" according to 2017-02-27-Q18-020 (Issue 4.3.13).
