The International Telecommunication Union (ITU) is organising "Workshop on Policy and Regulations for Newly Established Regulators in the Asia-Pacific Region" from 8 to 9 December 2009 in Nha Trang Viet Nam. The Forum is kindly hosted by the Ministry of Information and Communication of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam.
