Guest Invitations
Holders of a Guest Invitation can obtain free-of-charge an Adult Weekly Pass which gives access to the Exhibition from 3 to 6 October during the official opening hours. Pre-register on-line to obtain your Weekly Access Pass free of charge.

Group Registration

The Group entrance fee is R$ 35 per participant, per day. This gives access to the Exhibition during official opening hours (Monday 3 October: 12h00-18h00. Tuesday 4 to Thursday 6 October: 10h00-18h00).

Groups should comprise a minimum of 15 people. Age limit: 18 and above.
Group rate only applies on-site and only for a day pass.
Group organizers have to ensure that each member of the Group fills out the Visitor Profile form
Access passes will be visitor access passes, made in the name of person and bearing the date of the day for which the registration is valid.
Group organizers will pay the group fee at the cashier on-site (cash only), receive the number of receipts corresponding to the number of group participants and then go to a “Group Registration” counter to collect the access passes.
Group organizers will have to give back the Visitor Profile form for each of the group participant at the time of collection of the access passes.
Group organizers will advise ITU of the name of the participants to allow ITU to pre-prepare the access passes.
The Group organizer will distribute the access passes. ITU will provide a “Meeting Point” close to the registration area at the Bahia Convention Centre.

Please note that all on-line payments are in Swiss francs (CHF) only while on-site payments are in Brazilian Reals (R$) only.
