• Download, complete and sign the Exhibitor Application & Contract and Regulations

• Fax the documents to ITU at +41 22 730 6444, with a note to confirm that the originals have also been mailed.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

• ITU will send written confirmation if your company has been accepted as an Exhibitor. This will result in the Contract becoming legally valid and binding on ITU and your company

• ITU will issue an invoice for payment of the rental fees.

• ITU will confirm the location of your stand and issue your login ID to access the online Exhibitor Manual for AMERICAS 2005, which contains instructions and order forms for event services, including details about shell scheme packages for those that prefer not to engage their own contractor.

• You will be kept up to date with regular E-Bulletins about practicalities and other key event–related information.

• We offer a whole host of exciting ways to increase your company’s visibility at the event, from sponsorship of Forum breaks or VIP briefcases to ICT facilities, pens or notepads. We will contact you shortly to discuss the range of opportunities on offer.

• Alongside the Exhibition will be a major pan-Americas forum, which will provide a platform to explore the dynamic range of growth opportunities that the region offers. If you are interested in speaking opportunities at the ITU TELECOM Forum, we would like to invite you to submit your abstract
