Partnerships
Closing the gender digital divide cannot be done in isolation. It requires a global partnership of multiple stakeholders to scale up impact and maximize results.
We are EQUALS
EQUALS the Global Partnership for Gender Equality in the Digital Age was founded by ITU, UN Women, UN University, ITC and the GSMA back in 2017. EQUALS represents a successful example of cooperation among more than 100 committed partners across 115 countries.
Enhanced Integrated Framework (EIF)
To support the work of maximizing the positive impact of technology for women, ITU and the Enhanced Integrated Framework (EIF) have launched a cooperative project to enhance the digital ecosystem and build digital skills for women in least developed countries (LDC).
Child Online Protection (COP)
We work together with partners from all sectors, governments, NGOs, academia, the private sector and with children and young people themselves, to reduce the risks of the digital revolution and build confidence in the use of ICTs.
