​​​​At ITU Telecom World 2019, I spoke of the importance of MEANINGUL connectivity at the forum summit titled Innovating Together: connectivity that matters. In my intervention, I stressed that it is crucial to ensure that those who are online have access to the bandwidth today’s interfaces demand, so that they are empowered to use the Internet in a productive way.
